TechTime sponsored the Canterbury Tech Summit 2016 which was held on the 15th of September in the wonderful city of Christchurch at New Zealand's Air Force Museum.
The annual Tech Summit (formerly Canterbury Software Summit) is the prominent industry event of the year for the Canterbury tech sector. The Tech Summit offered both aspirational and educational content and allowed attendees to learn about new technology developments and explore new business opportunities. The event also provided plenty of opportunity to network and share views, problems, and solutions with others working in our field.
The theme for this year's Tech Summit was "The Fourth Industrial Revolution" and the half-day conference was packed with insightful presentations, leading innovations and inspirational content. It was a fantastic opportunity to network and share views, problems, and solutions with others working in the tech industry.
As Sponsors for this event we got access to various benefits, but most importantly by having a trade stand we had a chance to engage with around 650 participants to the conference itself - businesses and reps from various companies around New Zealand. We gained some great insights into how people use and want to use Atlassian products. Now we just need to get the ball rolling on creating the right add-ons and solutions! We also caught up with customers and prospects that we are already enthusiastically engaging with.
