Hi! I am one of the founders of TechTime Initiative Group Limited
Together with Ed we've setup our company in Wellington, New Zealand (Aotearoa) in 2005 after immigrating from The Netherlands.
I've got around 15 years of professional software development experience as a developer, team leader and product manager, while working with companies in Europe, US and NZ.
Lots of lessons learned since, so now I can use best practices in my own company and mix it with heaps of hard work and enthusiasm.
I strongly believe that you can achieve amazing things with right kind of team and that's what I consider TechTime's biggest asset - people that work with us and share our vision.
Rather than creating a huge company, I'd like to continue working on strong scalable processes to support organic growth and make space for my team's individual aspirations and initiatives.
Family is a big thing for us and we make sure we have enough flexibility around time and place where people can work.
I enjoy the challenge that comes with running a company, having two young kids and my passion for music.
I find it inspiring to work with students from Wellington region and share our small business hands-on experience, something they can hardly get in the class room.
