Is Your Support for EasyTime for Confluence really 24x7?

Yes.

We currently have team members located in New Zealand (UTC+12), Australia (UTC+8), and Turkey (UTC+3) and thus are able to provide 24x7 first-level support cover, even though our main engineering team, product owners and sales are located in New Zealand.
