The best training method is to go on-site and train and implement at the same time. It is required to have a preliminary spec in advance.
We offer general concept training, followed by us implementing fields in one table in an interactive session, then allowing the trainees to implement a table each from the spec. A similar approach is taken with rules/workflow
This works best with 3 or fewer trainees.
A fairly complex implementation can be fully complete in 5 days or less.
