At the moment, the product targets teams who satisfy all of these criteria:

  1. are service-centric
  2. use Jira Core, Jira Software or Jira Service Desk
  3. required to record time (for billing and/or costings)

To us, this sounds like “... and use Tempo Timesheets” but that’s not a requirement.
