This course is designed for: Jira administrators and individuals that need to design and maintain business processes in Jira workflows.
Before attending: You should have completed Jira Admin 1 and Jira Admin 2 or equivalent. You should also be comfortable with managing users/groups/roles, creating and using screens, fields, projects, issues, workflow statuses, transitions and schemes.
