I believe that people’s time is precious and that any effort to save time or improve interactions is well spent. Programming allows for automation of routine tasks ensuring that people can focus on more important issues, processes can become settled and outcomes can become consistent.
When I'm not programming or learning something new, I'll often be cooking or drinking and playing board games.
