What is it?

By default, EasyTime waits for you to be on an issue 17.5 seconds before it considers that the view is meaningful enough to create a "view work log". We chose this value because it fits well with our development and support teams' workflow. We made it configurable so you can tweak it to make it "just right" for your team too.

The time that EasyTime waits when you come back to a tab that was previously hidden is also configurable.

How to configure it?

Navigate to EasyTime Configuration Screen

The parameter "Delay before tracking starts" controls how long EasyTime waits to begin tracking after an issue is viewed.

The parameter "Delay before tracking after coming back" controls how long EasyTime waits to resume tracking when you come back to a tab that was previously hidden.
