Answer:
If EasyTime is tracking time for some issues and not others, there are a couple of possible reasons:
- The issue is intentionally being ignored due to EasyTime's "Ignore JQL" setting. This setting tells EasyTime to ignore any events for any issues that match the search string. You can learn more about this setting: EasyTime Configuration Screen
- Cloud only: EasyTime may not have the correct permissions to log time in the project where the issue is located.
- Visit the troubleshooting tab of the configuration page and run our automatic permission scheme validator: Automatic Permission Scheme Validation
- Cloud, with Tempo Integration only: Check that the admin who has set up the Tempo integration has the correct permissions to view other's work and log work for others against the project.
If EasyTime is not tracking time for any issue, try the steps on our Troubleshooting page, or contact our friendly 24/7 Help Desk.
