What permissions does EasyTime Cloud need?

How does EasyTime record time?

EasyTime records time whenever a user views, comments on, or resolves an issue on Jira. Then EasyTime creates worklogs with distinct messages so the resulting timesheets accurately reflect the reality of what the user was doing. 

What does EasyTime need to have access to in order to record time?

EasyTime needs access to certain permissions in Jira to automatically record and store time spent on your Jira issues:

Browse Projects - Lets EasyTime browse projects, use the Issue Navigator, and view individual issues (except issues that have been restricted via issue security). This is a key permission that's required as many other permissions are dependent on this one as EasyTime can't record time for issues that it doesn't have access to. 

Delete All Worklogs - Lets EasyTime remove automatically created worklogs when a manually created one is placed on top of it for all users.

Delete Own Worklogs - Lets you delete your own worklog.

Edit All Worklogs -  Lets EasyTime extend/combine worklogs for any user. 

Edit Own Worklogs - Lets you extend/combine your own worklogs.

Work On Issues - Lets EasyTime create worklogs.
