Essentially there are several parts to the answer:
- As it is with other Atlassian Marketplace apps, your EasySSO license level needs to match or exceed the largest license user tier across all your Atlassian base products running in the same instance. For example, if you have JSD 25 user tier and in the same instance have Jira Core 100 user tier, and JIRA Software 50 users – you require the EasySSO 100 user tier license.
- If JSD is the only or the larger license in your instance, your EasySSO license level needs to match or exceed the number of agents. Please note the user tiers for Marketplace apps do not align perfectly with the agent-based tiers of JSD. For example, if you have JSD installed with 15 agents, then you require EasySSO 25 user tier.
- If you plan to use only SAML, X.509 or header-based authenticators - you can get a discount if purchasing directly from us (you will get the same Marketplace license, generated by us via the vendor's backend interface). The discount recognises that the IOPLEX Jespa license normally included in the price – is not required in this case.
If you plan to use NTLM/Kerberos authenticator you may need to upgrade the Jespa license if the total number of users including End Users in JSD, that EasySSO is likely to "see", exceeds the user level of IOPLEX Jespa license included in EasySSO purchase. Further information on the Jespa license, role and upgrade prices are as follows.
In cases (3) and (4), the purchase will have to be direct from TechTime. Our invoices are payable by credit card, by Paypal transfer or by regular "wire transfer" into a New Zealand bank account. The subsequent renewals will be done via Marketplace at the list price (50% of the new purchase price).
