If the popup needs to refer (link) to a page in the same space, disable policy popup for that page in the SpacePolicy configuration screen with a "noPolicy" parameter in the URL. Prevent multiple pop-ups presenting the user, agree to terms and conditions once only.
Fixes for 5.9 optimisations - where a redirect to Home page has been removed (CONF-40038)
Logging has been updated to log messages about expired or invalid license only once every 35 minutes for a minute to avoid spamming logs on every request.
Added ability to configure popup header text and the actual "I confirm" text
Changed how confirmation is collected to make it more visual, explicit and also play well with longer policy texts that require scrolling.
Previously, with long text, the user would be scrolling through, trying to find the tick box and be frustrated trying to accept the terms and conditions. Now, the tick box is incorporated into the accept button, which guides the user through acceptance into the space. If the user tries to accept before reading the policy an instruction appears beside the button. Also, Space Policy operates such that the user cannot "escape" - they must indicate they have ready the policies and accept the terms of these, otherwise they will not be able to enter the space at all.
