Answer: 

EasyTime is an app for Jira Server. It is as secure as your Jira.

The only interaction with the user's browser happens for tracking View Issue events in web UI. It does not send data anywhere but back to the server the issue page was loaded from. All operations are done within the already established user's session, not anonymously.

The submission of crash reports via Raygun is only done in troubleshooting mode and is intended to be used by the vendor only and should not be enabled in customer environments. It is, however done via HTTPS/SSL.
