Logs we might need

  1. Application logs i.e. atlassian-jira.log
    Follow the instructions below based on your application to set the logging level for org.techtime package to DEBUG

    Reproduce the problem.
    Create Support Zip via Jira Administration/System/System Support/Troubleshooting and Support tools/Create support zip

  2. HAR file
    Generate a HAR File from the affected page

  3. Browser Console log
    For Chrome: Chrome options (3 vertical dots on the upper right corner), More tools > Developer Tools, Console > Cog/gear icon top right corner >  Preserve log and Enable Log XMLHttpRequests, reproduce the issue, right-click on the output window > Click on "Save as", save the file
    For Firefox: Menu Options (3 Horizontal Lines on upper right corner),  Web Developer > Web Console,  Console tab, reproduce the issue, right click on the output window > Click on "Select all", right click on the output window > Click on "Copy message", paste the log into a text file
    For Internet Explorer: press F12  or go to the  Tools  menu and select  “F12 Developer Tools”, go to the Console tab, reproduce the issue, right-click on the Console tab screen > select "Copy all", paste the log into a text file
