EasyTime tracks View Issue events in web UI when in the main Issue View, in Issue Navigator opened in Detail View mode, in Jira Software boards when Issue Details View is open and in Issue View opened from Jira Service Desk queues.
EasyTime tracks Comment on Issue and Resolve Issue events in the background, so this will also apply to events triggered by mobile applications, by email or via chat application like Chat for Jira Service Desk by Spartez
