TechTime is thrilled to announce our 11th consecutive sponsorship of this beloved conference series, which originated as the Atlassian Summit and has evolved into Team ’25. We’ve come a long way since 2013, from handing out epic swag to championing automation with our signature plush sloths. As always, we’re here to celebrate innovation, teamwork, and the exciting transformations happening across the Atlassian ecosystem.

What’s new with Atlassian

In case you’ve been ignoring LinkedIn (for understandable reasons) and missed out on the bunch of updates, we’ve prepped a little executive summary, so that you in-the-know at the conference:

At the helm of it all, Atlassian has raced into a thrilling new partnership with Williams Racing, demonstrating how top-tier software solutions can drive peak performance—on and off the track. Expect plenty of conversations about speed, precision, and how these principles translate to everyday workflows. On the side, according to a Forbes review of hundreds of software tools, Atlassian soared to the #1 spot. This accolade underscores Atlassian’s proven track record for delivering robust platforms that adapt seamlessly to a wide range of industries. Behind the scenes, we’re on the cusp of a new era where AI dramatically boosts team efficiency. Recent updates from Atlassian highlight how machine learning can streamline everything from ticket creation in Jira to intelligent content in Confluence, accelerating workflows in ways we only dreamed of during those early Summit days.

Anticipated Key Themes at Team ’25

What do we, as Atlassian Solution Partner since 2009 and Marketplace Vendor since 2008, think about the upcoming themes? Four words: Teams + Rovo + SoW + Forecasting. See below for decryption:

Teams & The Team Graph

  • Focus: Atlassian’s Team Graph concept examines how individuals, projects, and data intertwine across an organisation.
  • Why It Matters: As companies grow more distributed, having a clear map of team connections becomes pivotal for seamless collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Rovo:The AI-Powered Digital Teammate

  • Focus: Rovo optimises workflows, automates mundane tasks, and learns from your organisation’s patterns—making it the perfect teammate.
  • In Action: Expect to see real-world demos that reveal how Rovo speeds up ticket resolution, fosters better communication, and liberates teams to focus on meaningful innovation.

System of Work

  • Concept: In an era of sprawling software stacks, Atlassian positions its tools to unify processes, people, and practices into one cohesive system of work.
  • Practical Benefits: This holistic approach reduces silos, increases transparency, and makes sure no data or team member is left behind.

(Visionary Speculation) Capacity Management & Advanced Project Forecasting

  • Reasoning: Through our own customer insights, TechTime has identified a pressing need for better capacity management and forecasting tools—especially for teams juggling complex workloads.
  • What to Watch: We anticipate the possibility (purely speculative) that Atlassian may debut or tease new solutions aimed at resource planning, predictive analytics, and project prioritisation. Keep an ear out for product announcements that might fill this gap.

What to Expect from TechTime

When you swing by our booth (# 128), you’ll see a range of TechTime apps and solutions designed to make Atlassian tools even more powerful. Beyond our own apps, as Platinum Solution Partner, we’re committed to helping you harness the power of Atlassian’s ecosystem—whether you’re exploring Cloud migration strategies, leveraging Rovo’s AI magic, or designing a cohesive System of Work.

Looking Back: Swag & Sloths

  • Swag Glory Days: Who could forget the classic backpacks and T-shirts so generously given by Atlassian to the conference attendees that once defined the Summit? They’ve become coveted items for longtime attendees and a fun reminder of just how far we’ve traveled on this journey.
  • Recently, to substitute for the missing swag from the mothership (tsk tsk), sponsors had to pick up the game and come up with interesting and unique giveaways to make the conference memorable for our visitors.
  • TechTime thought long and hard about it (about an hour) and came up with “Be Lazy, the Machine Does It Better” slogan and its mascot: If you spot a plush sloth at the event, chances are it’s from TechTime. We introduced these cuddly mascots to remind everyone to leverage automation for those routine tasks—so you can focus on the creative, high-level work that makes a real impact.

Continuing the Sloth Legacy and debut of a flightless bird

In other news, we’ve now depleted the global supply of toy sloths.

Hence, we will have a very, very, very limited supply of our signature plush sloths.

You get yours by attending a demo of our apps and leaving feedback we can action on!

Sloths are a perfect mascot for our motto: “Be lazy, the machine does it better.” , however, we are also from a land of cute little flightless birds - Kiwis - so we will be debuting those little fellas this year.
