What is EasySync?
When EasySync detects a change to the value of a field - it automatically copies the value down the levels of a hierarchy which you have configured. For example, copying the value of the Team field from the Epic down to individual stories and subtasks. It sounds so simple, but in practice, it can make a big difference to your reporting and everyday experience of your users.
EasySync was specifically developed to simplify reporting in complex SAFe implementations, since it allows reporting to be based on information present within every issue, rather than relying on complex roll up logic, or relying on users to manually input information such as "Team" or "Account" into every single story or subtask.
EasySync gracefully handles cases such as when a new issue is created within an existing hierarchy and when the parent of an issue changes.
