User Management for Confluence allows administrators to find and delete unsynced users in bulk.
An unsynced user is a user who was previously synced from a connected external directory, and is no longer found in that directory (ie. because directory is now disconnected or it's LDAP filter has changed).
Filtering for Unsynced Users
By default, unsynced users are hidden because they are not associated with any user directories. To view these users, select 'unsynced' from the dropdown menu and click 'filter'. Only the following filter options are available: username, fullname and CSV import. Other search filters have been disabled as they are not applicable to unsynced users.
Actions for Unsynced Users
Only the delete action is available to be performed on unsynced users, all other actions have been disabled.
