No. Atlassian has announced that as of 15 February 2023, marketplace vendors can no longer sell new Server licenses through the Atlassian marketplace.
However, if you do require a temporary license, for example, to prepare for a migration, you can use a Data Center evaluation license while the base product still has a Server license.
If you are still using a server license for your base product and wish to install the latest version of EasySSO or access support, it is possible to purchase a DC license for EasySSO and install it into your server application.
