What is it?

EasyTime can be easily configured to log time in any time increments your schedule demands. If you ever heard of lawyers billing in 6-minute increments i.e. 10ths of the hour – this is exactly it!

Bill in 15-minute increments? No problem. Only care about 1 hr chunks? Easy.

You can configure the length of time recorded in each increment and whether to move the start of the work log to the start of the closest time interval in the hour, thus aligning to the grid of the chosen intervals.

How to configure EasyTime?

Navigate to the EasyTime Configuration Screen. The length of the billing interval is controlled by the "Minimal Unit of Time" parameter.

EasyTime currently supports logging time in 1-minute, 5-minute, 6-minute, 15-minute, 30-minute, and 1-hour intervals. If you require different interval sizes - please get in touch to describe your use case.

Select the interval size to fit your schedule, and press Save at the bottom of the screen.

My Day

With EasyTime My Day, you can easily edit and view your work logs according to your predefined logging interval. If your minimal unit of time (as configured above) is less than 15 minutes, then the size of the time slots in the My Day grid will match this so you can view your work logs at the most granular level.
