In production mode, an IOPLEX Jespa license key is required for NTLM and Kerberos authenticators in EasySSO for Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Fisheye/Crucible - where the license tier is over 25 users, and for license tiers with remote build agents in EasySSO for Bamboo.

During the evaluation period, you are asked to download the IOPLEX Jespa library as a .zip package from ioplex.com – this package contains a trial Jespa license capable of handling an unlimited number of users, good for 60 days. After that it reverts to Jespa Free mode, only allowing the first 25 users to be authenticated.

SAML, X.509, and Header-based authenticators do not require the IOPLEX Jespa license key to function.  However, since the cost of the IOPLEX Jespa license key is included in the price of the app and in the future you may need to use other authenticators – we have chosen to always order and deliver the IOPLEX Jespa license.

Please note, the commercial license will be ordered and delivered via our Service Desk once we see the purchase of the EasySSO app in our Atlassian Marketplace reports.
