We recommend using the nltest tool from a domain-joined workstation (not necessarily the server that will run the EasySSO-enabled Atlassian application) to discover the AD forest.
Please note, this assumes that the domain of the workstation that you are using is the same as the domain of the computer account you've specified in EasySSO Config.
