When building links between Atlassian applications NTLMv2 or Kerberos is not supported and as such EasySSO on the "server" end needs to be instructed to ignore the "client" application.

If the "client" application has EasySSO as well, it needs to have a similar configuration (i.e. to ignore the other one).

This can be achieved either with IP Filtering or better with User Agent Filtering (Administration/Add-ons/EasySSO/User Agent Filtering Configuration).

On the left-hand side of the admin screen click on "EasySSO" underneath "TechTime Add-Ons" (1, 2, 3).

Select "SAML" (4).

Select the "General" tab (5) and inside the "Excluded Paths" field add the text below (6).

/plugins/servlet/oauth/*,/plugins/servlet/capabilities,/plugins/servlet/capabilities/*

On the left-hand side of the admin screen click on "EasySSO" underneath "TechTime Add-Ons" (1, 2, 3).

Select "NTLM/Kerberos" (4).

Click  "Advanced Configuration" (5).

Select the "User Agent Filtering Configuration" tab (6).

In the "User-Agent Rules" text box add the following test (7).
